Pet Policy

We welcome all well-mannered dogs and cats weighing 50 pounds or less. We offer the only private dog park in the area at a resort. The dog park features : a watering station, dog toys, dog treats upon check in, a waist station & seating for pet owners.
There is a $25 per night/per pet PLUS $100 per stay refundable pet fee. The pet fee per night includes treats, drying towel and waste bags.

We had a great time at Avalon Resort Deerfield. The communication was super easy and quick (Thanks Tonya) and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictured. The location is great. Staffs really nice even let me checked in early (Thanks Tonya) You can walk anywhere like to the beach, restaurants. That’s why I booked it again 😃👍🏼

Hidden Gem MUST STAY!

This place a quite a hidden gem, has a boutique feel, very clean and good amenities. The staff is simply amazing and there are not enough good things i can say about it. I will definitely return for a longer stay soon.
